Currency
Pricing in US Dollars. TekStack can provide pricing for CAD, GBP, EUR, and AUD.
Scope
Package is based on what we can get done in a 5 day package. This may mean one agent, it might mean multiple. The complexity depends on the knowledge sources, actions, and triggers that can be captured by Copilot Studio.
Pro Dev vs Citizen Dev
We can offer more sophisticated AI applications through Azure AI. However this requires a professional development approach versus the Citizen development approach supported by Copilot Studio. Pro dev services are not part of the package scope.
Information Architecture
Gen AI and Agentic AI models need data to consume. Many companies have valuable intel in mapped drives which cant be read by these tools. Best to move this stuff to SharePoint and organize in security groups with Azure Entra.
Copilot 365 and Copilot Studio
Licensing might be required for Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Copilot Studio.
